- Adopt a healthy diet. Foods that can increase sperm quality include oranges, bananas, olive oil, salmon, milk, spinach, broccoli, asparagus, walnuts and dark chocolate. Reduce or ideally stop alcohol.
- Heat in the testicular area can affect the sperm quality. Things you should avoid are; tight underwear and trousers, cycling, prolonged sitting, hot baths and saunas, keeping your mobile phone in your trouser pockets.
- Chemicals are likely to be affecting the sperm so try to avoid exposure.
